Our regular Sunday morning classes with Susan Nase will start their next session on Mar. 5th. Be sure to register soon as these classes fill up quickly and we cap them at only 8 students to give plenty of individual attention and focus to all students!

Alison is a certified Pilates instructor and premier level highland dancer that has been with SoS Van since the beginning.
